The Mill Bakery has been a full line retail bakery since 1947. It was acquired by the Barcenas Family in 1987. We are proud to follow the old recipies that have made our products well known in the local community - as well as new items for the changing taste of our customers. It is our goal to excel in every aspect of customer satisfaction.

Gustavo is our general manager and owner. His experience in the baking industry began in his childhood when he used to help his Dad at a bakery. He is an active member, and past president, of the California Retail Bakery Associaton. The Mills Bakery boasts two master bakers, three experienced cake decorators (one certified), four production assistants, five sales people, one driver and one janitor. We all strive to make your cake experience the best.

Tastings & Consultations
Tasting is free, but requires an appointment. We will appreciate if you let us know your preferences for cake, filling and frosting. We will happily share our designs with you as well as look at any design that you may already have in mind. Thank you.
